Agreement and eligibility
By using Vexaa you agree to these terms. You must be legally eligible, and you must have authority to represent the business if you create an account in its name. The service provider is Vexaa AI Establishment (مؤسسة فيكسا إيه آي), No. 7054389387, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Accounts and responsibility
You undertake to provide accurate information and to protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity on the account and for the permissions of the business members and branches linked to it.
Individual and business services
Individual features help you understand information about places, and business features help analyse reviews and prepare replies and action plans. The scope of results depends on the available data, permissions, plan and limits.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for any unlawful or misleading activity, or activity that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not bypass protections or limits, or access data you are not authorised to access.
- Do not misuse reviews or create fake replies, or replies that violate the policies of external platforms.
- Do not copy or reverse-engineer the service, or run automated tools that harm it, except with written permission.
AI features
Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They must be reviewed before making a decision or publishing, and they are not a guarantee of an experience at a place or of any commercial or legal outcome.
Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the content you provide, and you grant Vexaa the permission necessary to process it in order to provide the service. Rights in the platform, its software, brand and design are reserved to their owners.
External services
Some features may rely on Google Business, Moyasar and other services, and are also subject to their terms. Changes to or discontinuation of those services may affect the related feature.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are subject to the subscription terms and to the cancellation, refund and billing policies. The payment page shows the amount and status before completion, and Moyasar processes the payment.
Suspension and account termination
An account may be suspended or restricted in the event of misuse, a security risk or a material breach. You may request that your account be closed, and we may retain records that must be kept for legal or financial reasons.
Availability and liability
We strive for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made without independent review, and this wording does not limit any mandatory rights.
Changes to the terms and contact
