Current plans and prices
Individual Pro: SAR 29 per month or SAR 290 per year. Business: SAR 149 per month or SAR 1,490 per year. These amounts are taken from the current payment source, and the final amount is shown before payment.
Subscription start and cycle
A subscription starts after a successful payment is confirmed. The current implementation records a monthly period of 30 days or an annual period of 365 days and sets the end date in the subscription record.
Renewal
The current implementation creates a hosted payment for each purchase and does not set up automatic recurring charges or a saved card for renewal; therefore, we do not promise automatic renewal.
Upgrades and downgrades
The payment flow prevents creating a new subscription if the account is already on a paid plan. There is no automatic proration for upgrades or downgrades; contact support for special cases.
Usage limits
Features and limits vary by plan. A feature may stop when its limit is reached instead of incurring overage charges; the current system does not apply separate overage fees.
Cancellation and expiry
Cancellation is recorded for the end of the period, and the plan remains active until that date. After that, features return to the free limits. Cancellation does not automatically delete the account or data. See the cancellation policy.
